Submission Requirements

1. CD MUST be professionally-produced and mastered. No CD-R's will be considered.

2. Songs to be considered for airplay must not be lewd or offensive in any way.

3. Follow the instructions at the right to submit your CD.

Please package your CD in appropriate shipping materials adequate enough to protect the disc from damage that may be caused by inclement conditions or ignorant mail carriers.

Along with your CD, please include a note containing the following information:

	Contact Name & Phone Number(s)
	Track numbers and notes about any particular song(s) that you wish to have considered.
	A list of all persons performing in your group (include their first & last name, and where they call home)
